Any chance future 1C products will incorporate the pilot's head moving from Track IR/Mouse inputs? I love this feature in Lock On while flying formation. Examples...

Being able to "virtualy" look at each other like this adds even more emersion for me, and a few of my squadron mates that fly LOMAC with me.

Can we get this function in the Battle of Britain sim and the new Korean War sim comming out? I've seen AI pilot heads move - should this not be so difficult to add for players?

In IL2 it is allready included for AI-pilots, so I doubt this feature will be missing in BoB.

I had mentioned this long ago, and I didn't even know about Lock On. It would be GREAT to see.

With 6 dof incorporated into the newer sims, maybe we'll see aircrew figures move more than just their heads from a single position. In LOMAC the heads do not show up and down scan/movement- just left and right. A more dynamic pilot figure would be awesome!

Strikefighter Project 1 also had this feature in-game.

this will be very usefull, mainly by planes who don't have radio equipment, such as most of the Corpo Aereo Italiano figther aircraft.

anyway, with this feature the player will be able to do some head commands.

I have adressed Oleg these feature along with some other ideas on pilots a long time ago and I was reassured that in SoW series pilots will have all new modelling and animation...

I would support this feature ONLY, and ONLY if when you were sneaking up on plane and you got really close, The pilots eyes widened when they saw you! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_eek.gif

It would give you that important feedback to know when to start shooting!

Also the view of AI pilots should be linked to the position of their head in their cockpit.
