how do these work? just downloaded the dday co-op campaign. ive got 2 PDC's linked up via LAN. can me and my bro play this campaign on the 2 PC's or what?

Yes you can. First, the better machine should host. Save the mission (.mis) and briefing (.properties) files in one of the subfolders found in the ...\missions\coop folder.

Start the game on that machine, select "Multiplayer" then click "Create a new server".

From there, select "Cooperative" and click next.

Choose the difficulty settings you want to fly, navigate to the folder you chose and find the mission (the name may be different to the file name, it's specified in the briefing file) and click Load.

At this point the other player should join. He will need to know the LAN IP address of the machine that's hosting. If you don't already know it, the host machine should open a command prompt (Start/All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt) and type:

ipconfig

before starting the game. The player joining needs to start the game, click "Multiplayer" then "Join Game" then enter the host IP address and click "Join".
