S!

And did this VK107 engined Yak3 ever see any action in WW2 in significant numbers? So far what I've seen the Yak's offer more than enuf opposition to any Bf109...http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

what action see following planes?

109k4 with 2000PS (in game).
dcm and ascm engines were ready in 3/45.
go 229
i 185
and so on.

yak3 m-107 prototyp flew well in 1943! but 107 engines was made for yak9
cause yak3 perfomance was enough in 1944/45.

yep, a discussion about "how much action saw the plane" is very useless!

The two Yak-3's we have are fairly sufficient. I know I can readily combat any 109 driver in a Yak-3 without too much trouble.

I can understand the want for another version...but the addition of all of the Yak's now present in the game is fantastic and quite more than enough to represent the vastness of the lineup and its diversity.

CTO88 don't let these amatuer WW2 know nothings depress you (they are fakes)

A *true* strategic dynamic campaign generator may have Germany overunning the Ural and Appalachian mountains, and the USA and USSR the ones to desperately field Wonder Weapons like Bearcat and Yak~(pick one).

These LuftWhiners don't want to sim a German Victory (hence their opposition to early Bf~109B, C, and D)
