Mystic you know you want to be there http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Tell the kids its holidays at Stoke!

Guys we are trying to get as many prop heads to the LAN as possible, I will be trying to sort out the prizes like the last one, we had a helicopter trial flight ammongs other great stuff.

If you are struggling to get to grips with stuff like radio navigation in some of the sims you play help will be at hand, so you could come away having learnt something too http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Attending would mean leaving the forest. Friar tuck has banned me from leaving the premises.

Hi,

I've planted some trees around the gaff and I've even knocked up a monastry (well, not *literally* because that would be buggery) nearby complete with some wishy-washy medieval ale. Guaranteed Mustangs to shoot down ten-a-plenty, too http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

I'm a regular at UK Dedicated but I fly under another callname...I'd love to be at the Lan party and would be except that I live in the US and I'll not be travelling there for the event.

Too bad...I would have liked to have met many of the people I've been flying with. Sounds like it will be a blast

Heh...its quite understandable that you aren't going to travel from the US for it!

The server stats (http://www.il2hq.com/Stats/countries.php) tells us that there are over 100 UK based fliers on the server...so where are you all?!

Id like to try and make it . Id like to see you guys in person and also take advantage of that cheap beer BoneHead mentioned. I'll look into it.

Admittedly Germany isn't too far away, but at the moment I can't really afford a visit to the UK. If I'd bundle the hours I spent on the server into one weekend, there would be enough time...but sadly I can't do that.

Hope u all have fun.
