Is there any way we could have a Mosquito at late war performance levels? I don't mind if we still have the external model with shrouded exhausts, which would actually save the team a lot of work. Currently the Mossie is near useless in any late war scenario, much less 1946, because it is simply too slow.

Thanks for all the hard work over the years in any case.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

The recent experience of the TA-183 would seem to show just how easy this would be to implement.

Well, I'm not asking for a UFO, just bring the Mossie up to a later standard of performance.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

a UFO

To clarify I was not suggesting that you were.

Just pointing out that if someone tries to tell us how hard that it would be to do, the recent transformation of the Ta-183 would SEEM to suggest that it might not be all that difficult to do.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

I still think the horizontal bar above the windscreen is rotated about 30? out of position. It gives better view around the gunsight but looks ugly...<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

or other examples were the Mustang Mk.III, Spit IX 25lb, Bf109K4 C4, Fw190A5 ATA1,65 !

"just" copy the external model with all its armament option and give it a FM with better performance. so a Mosquito FB.Mk.VI with Merlin 25 performance, as a new plane, would be very nice http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif . sure, the Rockets would be nice, but doubtfull as they would need 3D work http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

The rocket 3D objects are available for the Tempest V (even though it never used them in WW2) so it wouldn't be too much work to transfer them over but just the higher performance version(s) would be of more of interest. Some of us have the perhaps standard work on the Mosquito - Bowyer and Sharp, with plenty of performance curves for reference.
