Fellow flight sim lunatics, my name is Mike and I am a IL2FBAceaholic. There, I said it, I feel better already (Kudos to some unremembered poster who got me thinking.) When you think about it, I must be crazy, working long hours at my business, then an hour working on the yard, heck I didn't even stop for dinner until it was time to tuck in the kids at 8:30PM. Then after our Mariners lost again in Baseball around 10:PM it's TWO HOURS or so on the sim! Then I have read the forum to keep current and to post about it! As I sit it's 2:30AM and I'm posting in total silence, sitting in bed with the lovely wifeys trusting Sat Pro laptop while the lovely wife sleeps beside me. Another four hours and the whole day repeats itself, including probably another Mariners loss <ggg.> I must be crazy because I absolutely love this sim. All the best, LongHorn

HEhehhe ! Roger that, you took a day right outta my daytimer!

Seriously, I love being outside and working in the yard etc. and I love my wife and son, but the time after my son goes down, and my wife is serviced is ALL MINE.

Think I'd crack if it wasnt for those 2 or 3 hours of peace and quiet to fly or build a mission or just crack open a frosty and catch up on the forum!

Yeah,
My wife just doesn't get it. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/52.gif I come home from really flying on a 3 hour cross-country, relax a few miniutes, then fire up the computer she affectionatly calls "Frankenstien"... and start flying on-line. To me it's more than just the sim, it's the great friends from all over the world that I've made in the "Sheep's Pen" that share in one of my favorite pass-times.
FLYING.

My girl friend said, since I had a digital life, I ought to get a digital girl friend too. So, I did, and now I'm really in trouble.

I just want the peek-a-boo blonde.
