Hi all,

I have an X-45 and I find the rudder setting too sensitive. Am I right in thinking I want a rising scale in the rudder settings to smooth out the inputs?

The reason I ask is that I read that you should use the rudder when targetting and currently, when I do this it just shoots off to one side.

Thx.

Yes, make a curve that starts shallow and grows faster to the end. Example:

1 4 9 16 25 36 49 64 81 100

There are two user made programs for joystick settings that are better that the in game options. One is called JoyControl, the other IL-2 Sticks. Both can be found in M4T (http://www.mission4today.com).

also use plenty of filtering!! This is diffenrent from stick to stick but in general its a good way to get rid of wobbles...
