I have the CH Pro pedals, Fighterstick & Throttle.

What I am experiencing with the 4.01 patch (new install of il2+AEP+PF) is that the shooting platform is way to sensitive and becomes just perfect for flying & shooting by using the CH Manager & adjusting the pedals sensitivity to about 20..dead zone is zero...however, when I do this I completely loose the input for the right rudder.

could someone please put in a factor of 20 in the pedals "Z" sensitivity & then look at an aircraft in flight or on the ground, with the outside views & tell me if you are getting normal right rudder deflection...
I have also tried using the in-game conf.ini rts files for adjustment,,but this doesn't seem to make any difference...
something seems wrong, but I can't figure out what..
thanks

can't take off with no rudder deflection...lol..

PapaG,
I'm at work right now so I can't test it for you, but will try when I get home. LOL, down to 20? I think I backed mine down from 98 to 92. With all the torgue in 4.01, 20 may not even make it go right at all though I'm no expert with the CH gear yet.
If I were you I would also post your question here: http://www.ch-hangar.com/forum/
Ghost and Revvin know a lot more about the CH stuff than I do and may be able to help.

Yeah, thanks...I'll try a post there also, but I haven't had good luck on that board in the past..

With the 3.04m patch I have no problems with sensitivity or deadzone in the CH Manager...it just showed up with the 4.01m patch & I have reinstalled the whole thing 3x for trouble shooting & using various patch combinations...
it is just 4.01 that doesn't work right for me...

I leave CH CM at about 95% for everything and all buttons as derfault on my controllers. All of this is much easier to control within the game itself. Maybe your rudder sensitivity in the CONTROLS section got all reset to 100% someway. BTW This happens if you change pilots while in offline play, that's where you get a series of XYZR settings in the conf.ini file from. Gurus have always recommended reseting all game settings to default after a patch, then redoing them all. I've found that very tedious in the CONTROLS section as I am too lazy to write all this stuff down. But I do reset all graphic settings to default, then redo those.

I don't think I'll be any help. The only CH item I have is the pedals. I haven't set up CH manager. Here's my conf.ini settings anyway.

I'm on my mac right now, so can't check, but I just used default settings and never installed any CH software.. worked perfectly, unadjusted before and after the patch...

My guess is that you need to go into the control panel and reset the pedal range.. sounds like its off.. I bet that will solve if for you

control panel/pedal range...???
I have never heard of that..what is it & where.
If your talking about the in-game input section..when you install the ch pedals, fighterstick & throttle that becomes inop...
