Click here (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums?a=tpc&s=400102&f=26310365&m=6491018342) for a couple of answers someone posted in your other thread.

Yes you can change skins. When you get to the briefing prior to a mission click the "Arming" button, then in the arming screen click the "Aircraft Customization" button. There'll be a drop down list for skins. You can add to the list by simply dropping skin files in the folder for the relevant aircraft that you'll find in the Paint Schemes folder in your game directory.

There's no utility to stop stutter, it will depend on your system hardware & tuning. With only 512MB of RAM and a GF4mx video card you're unlikely to stop it completely, though with some careful tuning you may be able to minimise it a little. Post your system's dxdiag report in the IL2 Community Help forum for some advice, but be ready for at least one person to tell you to get a better video card and more memory.

As for add on missions & campaigns, there are already few out there. Click here (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums?a=tpc&s=400102&f=23110283&m=51910959) for a list of sites that have all sorts of goodies. Several of them include mission for download for the various games in the IL2 series, and there's a "Missions" link on the main Pacific Fighters website as well.
