~S~ All,

I recently started an RAF Campaign and my Pilot's name appears as "Flight Sergeant _".

Is there a way to edit this so that I might substitute the "_" with a name?

I have highlighted this in the Roster and have viewed the Pilot Profile but I am unable to modify any of the data.

Thank you for your assistance.

Uh-yuh. Gimme 5 minutes to make you a screenie or two

OH!

Edit- What campaign is it? Is the name 'Flight Sergeant-" showing up in the actual mission breif? You know, the screen with the flight map to the left?

Click the button for "Pilot"

then click a name and change it, or if you only have the default 'John Doe' name, click the area UNDER the name to make a new one, and type the name

~S~ BBB462cid,

Thank you for the screen shots and for your response.

When I first log into the game (version 4.071M) the only Pilot reference I have is "_79_Data" (which is the value in the middle 'call sign' field.

Both the 'name' and the 'last name' fields are blank (whereas on your pictures you have "Chris" and "Blair"' respectively with "Clash" as your call sign vs "_79_Data").

Are you recommending that I fill in values in these 2 fields?

When I select Pilot Career, it is called "* Hurricane Singapore, January 3, 1942".

Has this helped?

Yep. Just make your name like the example above. Put your 'callsign' in the middle

So in the above examples, Chris Blair has the callsign 'Clash' and John Doe has the callsign 'Mad'

I don't know why they didn't have a field for your name, and then another for your callsign. Strange to have the callsign set up like that but that's the way it goes
