Is it just me, or do you agree that the dynamic music in this sim rocks?

I don't think it can get much better.

I'm frequently tickled with delight when skulking underwater, lying in wait for some poor victim to get closer, and then the tense music kicks in complete with military drum beats/rolls!!

Superb! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Hey Bob
Yep, I know exaclty what your saying. I love it when a ship is spotted, the music pickes up! Really helps to emerse the player into the whole game experience. I love it! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

I suppose your not getting much SH3 time in though due to a new lady friend. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Are you attempting to hijack this innocent thread BobV?

You vill be taken outzide und shot!

Heheh, the best part is, I get the attentions and affection of my new lady friend, AND I also get to play on SH3. You see, she takes an active part in local community and church events, and we have an agreement that while she 'fills her boots' with those type of things, I get to go on SH3.

My schedule fitting round hers so to speak, but as you can see, I benefit from that too! It's good for a couple to have both shared time/interests, and seperate time/interests. So I'm not even worried.

We are both quite shy, so progress is slow and steady (but that's the way I like it anyway).

And as we all know: slow and steady increases the range. That's true for submarines AND relationsships. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Good luck, you two! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

@topic

The music is very good, but i switched it off pretty soon. I rather listen to the creaking hull, the stomping of the engines, screw noises (no, not screwing noises, you perv!) and sonar pings!

Thanks NBGoth!

I think it'll be a while before I start picking up the screw noises! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Forget screw noises, what about scream noises? Like when my girlfriend stays over, falls asleep, and wakes up a few hours later to discover that I've snuck out of bed and into Scapa Flow.

"What's wrong with you? Am I not good enough for you to sleep with?!"
"Shhh...baby, I'm sneaking up on the Royal Oak. Do you want them to hear us?!"
