Can anyone explain the correct procedure for executing the "Cloverleaf manouvre" in the P-38 please?

Rare opportunity to be the first to post how an acrobatic manouver called "cloverleaf" is performed before someone will pop-up with very strange ideas of a horizontal cobras that allegedly only God's own P-38 can do.

Cloverleaf is a series of four hammeheads with a 90? roll in the descending part. Alternatively, probably even more commonly cloverleaf is a series of four pull up to 90? ascend 90? roll and then about 270? rest of the looping.

Here couple of tracks:
Cloverleaf with hammerheads (http://koti.mbnet.fi/hausberg/sim_stuff/quick0318.ntrk)
cloverleaf with Loopings (http://koti.mbnet.fi/hausberg/sim_stuff/cloverleaf_2.TRK)

Looked from above you'll see a cloverleaf pattern
Rest of your topic will be probably spent refuting this, have fun.
