I just tried to play FB+AEP+PF (patch 4.01) with my celeron D/346 3,06 GHz/1G DDR+ club 3DGf 6600 256 AGP. I have latest nvidia drivers. Game looks like slideshow. Is it about drivers or what? I have latest bios in mobo and xp pro sp2. I did try 6600 at my old athlon 1700 and i could run it with perfect settings. Anybody. Help me!!! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/compsmash.gif

The Celeron D is not too fast a CPU. I used to run a 2,8Ghz Celeron D and a Club3D Radeon 9600pro. It was ok on excellent (though still around 20-27fps). I ran the CPU OC'd to 3Ghz for a while, but for me it didn't give too much boost.

You do have a better graphics card and a bit faster clock speed on cpu , but i doubt it will run smoothly (i count over 24fps "smooth") in perfect. Have you tried running water=0? Also, try changing effects to 0.

Older athlon cards are a blind spot for me TBH, someone will surely have more info on how athlons and celerons compare.

chipset is ok. I installend separated versions FB+Aep and standalone Pf and everything is working fine. But with merged, no can do. So, its not a hardware issue. At least i can fly http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/sadeyes.gif offline...

Waddya mean by "latest drivers" Kapteeni?
name one. I have 6600 and with those 91.31 it's impossible to run the game smoothly.

And all these candy in a rusty Pentium 4 1.8@1.98 Ata , no , no GHz :-) and 512 Mb RAM.

I have also 91.31. What would be the best drivers then?
