I've seen this book at the local Costco and have been tempted to buy it, but have no idea if the book is worthwhile to read or not. So, anyone here know anything about this book? The author is Michael Korda.

New York Times says it has its limitations.

I would go with The Most Dangerous Enemy. Read is about 6 months ago and it was excellent.

OK, thanks for the recommendation. I haven't read a history of the BoB in years. The NY Times review actually makes Korda's book sound intriguing to me, especially as it argues the preparation and setting of the stage had most to do with determining the outcome. I find it is good to read multiple histories to get a better perspective on the events, so I do appreciate you recommending Bungay's book as well.
