It's a good on topic thread.
If we drop the dawg part.

But if we continue in the same direction.....
I have everything on 100.

Does that makes me a black or white dog?

you know - if you strap two of those green dogs together with a long rope and a bucket of water, and swing them around in space you get a free cat....

Joystick settings are a very personal thing, much like underware.

All you are doing with these settings is limiting the maximum amount of force you can apply to the rudder (in this case 25lbs) and the stick (in this case 30 lbs in the fore and aft direction). Your aileron settings allow for the full 50 lbs.

With your favorite ride being a 109 you are SERIOUSLY limiting your effectiveness due to the high elevator stick forces of the aircraft at higher speeds and the low stick forces you are allowing yourself.

You would be better off with an exponential setting for all three axes and having them all end at 100%.

i use elevator trim on wheel mouse

i care now more about gunnery than anything else

though once you fully trim elevator you just need smal joy input

With full nose-up trim, it may be possible to break the airframe with less than 30 lbs of stick force (I've never tried it so can't say for sure), however, with exponentail scaling you can achieve the desired sensitivity and still bring the full 50 lbs to bear when needed. This will also cut down on the amount of trimming necessary. Still, as was posted earlier, it's a matter of personal preference so knock yourself out.

Have you talked to your survival teacher lately?
