So I was checking out cockpit references for planes and I found a Blind Approach Indicator on the He-111. ( http://www.partizanska-eskadrila.com/reference/he111.htm #4 in the 1st pic)

I think its to aid in low visibility landings, but does anyone know for sure what it does and how to use it in the game?

Someone posted this before so the credit goes to them. I'm usually too busy being shot down to put it to use. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

According to that, On Heading and On Slope appear as the same? What is On Slope? Also is that all it shows, or are those just the important ones? Lastly, are there any other aircraft with this sort of instrument?

Thanks for the help. (And sorry for more questions).

It's basically a crude ILS of the day. Nowhere near the ILS systems we have now. That's about all you can get out of it. On slope as in on the glide slope. When you are on the glide slope the dots will indicate you're altitude. I don't think there are any other aircraft in the sim with that type of system. I usually fly fighters so I could be wrong. Anyone else care to weigh in on this?
