Dear Oleg,
i'm under the impresion that there will be no BF110 flyable in your upcoming title (storm of war BoB) at it's first & basic release. Is that a fact?
I've seen a bucket of screenshots (excellent work) which contained no images of the 110. My opinion on the matter is that it would be an utterly biased thing to do if you deprive the virtual luftwaffe of this aircraft.

(i have to admit that i'm allready a bitter customer because all these years you never even consider to produce any of the variants needed so that the virtual luftwaffe could use it in on-line wars. Ofcourse you didn't forget about the Pe2.. but that's another story.

The bottom line is as a customer i wouldn't mind to wait a bit extra as long you would include the BF110 Flyable at the first release of Storm of war ...

Ps.. Actually i would love it if you start your scenario a bit earlier so we would have the early France incident because that way you would include (as you do now within the game) I/ZG52 which is a virtual squad i'm part of and which particular squad historically had an excellent but short carreer during that period http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks for your precious time
A huge fun of your work<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Well Dornier and such is fine but if you can't bomb and also shoot at the enemy A/C, it's no good ...

I'm pretty sure the latest news from BoB shows the bf-110 as flyable. I don't recall seeing a screenshot, though.

Although nobody has confirmed it...I believe the Bf110 is indeed going to be on the flyable list. Its interesting because its an earlier version than what we have so I'm interested to see what its like.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Don't listen to him, Oleg. Sooner is better, even if there's only the 109 flyable. In fact, a stable alpha is acceptable for christmas this year.

The gunners field of view things meerly that you can't look where the gun can't shoot. So basically they aren't going to model the seat that the virtual gunner is sitting on. Thats all. I think this is good because it means we might get some multistation aircraft that we couldn't before because there weren't enough resources to make the whole station.

Honestly...until recently I didn't even know you could hat switch pan around the gun station. Most of its extra details that are generally useless.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

ok ! i tottaly respect that.
But doesn't that mean that the gunner can't be an observer anymore? ... i mean i don't care about the details around, but the field of view of the gunner in a BF 110 nowdays for example ... is pretty helpfull when ever used ..

At any rate generally speaking it's very seldom one would man a gunner position in any On-line war so i guess one could ignore it.....

but is there a chance that this will be restored in the future or is it the way it's going to be?

Ps. by the way i saw a rather small screenshot of a BF110 C ;s interrior it looked nice ..http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Not sure how far they are going to take it. I suspect you'll still have some flexibility in view...just that extraneous things that you probably don't need to see (such as the rivets on the floor or the aformentioned virtual seat) aren't going to be visible. Makes sense to me. I think thats why we could never have the IL-2 field mod gun station because the seat and back area was unknown.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Yep, it'll probably be a matter of not being able to look downwards, which is what the gunners can do now. I imagine there will still be a least an extra 5 degrees or so of horizontal movment, but of course that's all speculation right now.

After all this said, i have to conclude as a consumer and a fanatic Olleg follower that there's a chance that we might commit the crime of the century if we push Ubi for an urgent release. I think we should strain our patiense enjoy the last addons till the very end - have some new 46 on-line wars and give Olleg time for perfection.
From what i read, Storm of war is going to be a very serious simulation far .. beyond where we are now ..

I think this has been a very nice conversation.
Most of my basic questions were answered and i serioudsly hope everything pans out nicely for eveyone.

I want to also thank for everyone's time and energy for dealng with my broblem here.

Million thankS!<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
