There is a .pdf file in the 1946 directory with the key assignments.

As crucislancer said.

On my computer it's:

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\Controls.pdf

That will show you what they are when the game is initially installed. Of course it won't reflect any changes you make.

To show the current state of your key assignments you could print out the settings.ini file for your pilot. Mine is here:

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\Users\doe\settings.ini.

It's not ideal, and maybes someone's written a utility that will do a better job.

A word of warning: many functions, especially those involved with Complex Engine Management (CEM), are User Defined. This means that YOU have to assign a key or joystick button to it before it will work.

Also some key assignments critical to carrier operations are user defined:

Toggle arrestor hook
Toggle chocks
Toggle wing fold
Lock tail wheel

If you go to <span class="ev_code_YELLOW">C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\Users</span>etc.. it will list the pilots you have created and also that is where the key assignments are stored.. so say you do alter the default settings with your own assignments... that is the folder you would go to to back those new assignments up so that in the event of a crash or something you wont have to reprogram all that. What Fireball said...
