There has been rumor it will be a 15 in the US. Nothing confirmed as yet.

It most likely will be 18/M rated, considering it's content. The previous games were 18/M rated, I honestly don't see why Brotherhood would be different.

Anyone who tells you it's gonna be a lower rating is having you on.

Im sure in US it be 17+/M-mature. Other countries have diffrent ratings, so perhaps if OP lived other than US, their M- equivalent rating maybe a diffrent age.

He says he lives in the Uk, and here, what's rated M-Mature State-side, is rated 18+ here. It MIGHT get a lower rating elsewhere, (though I doubt it), but certianly not here.

AC2 was 15 rated in UK. Can't see what's going to be so much more likely to "corrupt and deprave" in ACB.

Uh, this age rating is such bullsh1t.
I really don't see why it would be rated as 18+.
AC2 was rated as mature and I really didn't see anything that I didn't see when I was 12.
Anyway I for one never pay attention to the age ratings :P It's always overrated

Well, if they continue with the overdosed swearing, Ezio getting "private riding lessons", and Caterina Sforza talking about her "reproductive organs", they'll give it an 18+...

I suppose it's because they're more interactive / immersive, but see what merits a 15 or 18 rating in games and what merits the same ratings in the cinema. Zero dismemberment or nudity in AC series so far, whereas this is compulsory in certain 15-rated movie genres.

Kind of interested when they'll start rating books like this, but then they're the fetish objects of the upper / middle class.

EA51,
Your in asutralia right...
I baught Just Cause 2 from square enix at an EB Games and I was asked to show them an ID...
Would that be considered 18+??
Would I need to bring my ID to EB Games to pick up my pre-order or will they just give it to me if I show them my reciept?

Yes, exactly my point. One medium is being judged a lot more harshly than another. Sheer snobbery, IMHO.
