I notice there are sounds like alarms etc. which came in the PF install....
how do we get them to play during a mission.... or is that only a part of the Dgen campaigns??

[MAIN]
briefSound samples/Sound/AirbaseJAPAN.wav
MAP Net6Island/load.ini

"samples/Sound/" is the directory in the IL2 install directory and "AirbaseJAPAN.wav" is the sound file.

Or you can use the handy dandy tool "Quick Mission Tuner" to help you out. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

o does this sound play only at the beginning of the mission, or can we make it play whenever?

BTW like your QMT but for some reason it keeps stripping skins off my planes without my knowing until i play the mission

It should only play at the beginning of the mission. I don't if you can play sound files else where.

Hmmm... I don't understanding what you are saying. Do you mean you can't see the skins assigned to your planes in QMT? Email me if you are having problems or questions I can help you much sooner.

You'll only hear the sounds when 'Play music' is switched on in the sound setup. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
