The I-185 is fitted with the M-71 engine. While flying it I found it has three super-charger stages. Does anyone know what altiudes each one is for?

I don't know exact alts where to switch but i do something like:

stage 1: 0-2500m
stage 2: 2500-5500m
stage 3: 5500 and above

Works quite well. the altitudes are 'about'-values, especially the 5500m - could be somewhere between 4500 and 6000m.

Watch your engine guages when they show improvement when you switch stages then remember that altitude.
