I made a very similar, and equally detailed, model out of Play-Doh and Fig Newtons.

Wow that is awesome. I would love to see that model plane in the real and up close. It's all aluminum, good work.
Impressive.

SkyChimp,That sounds like a difficult period in your life. Were you hospitalized long? At least you can talk about it now.
That model is superb.

I'm sure you did Chimp, I'm sure you did. How long have they let you have computer access? Much too long I think. Time for the Chimp to go back into the Happy Room now, go with the nice men in the white coats you'll be fine.

I agree Badsight, the Brazilian guy is the master, although Mr Park is not far behind.

I always wonder where these guys get their details. I cannot find drawings or plans that detailed.

Meh, old news to me, this was in an edition of FineScale Modeller some time back. Very interesting though, the guy definetly has talent. If I had the time I would get back to finishing or even starting a few of my models I have laying around:

BF109E
FW190A8
B25H
C130 1/48 scale!!! This thing is huge
ProModeller Ju87 Stuka

... just to name a few. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
