Gents,

I am currently finishing final development of Ghost Skies. http://www.ghostskies.com A Dog Fight ladder league for IL2FB. I have plans to continue the competition in BoB once it is released. During development of the rules, I discovered several items I would be of great use to the Dog Fight community, and would signifincantly enhance game play and usability of DF multiplayer servers.

Game timer: This would be selectable at the start where the host selects settings. Host should have the option for "NONE" so he can just let the server stay up if he likes, but having a timer count down from several pre-selected times would be fantastic. Say 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 60 minutes.

No Respawn option: Currently the only way to prevent respawns is to play a coop.

Add Kills and Deaths to scoring: This would be a huge boost to ease who wins a game by kills, rather points.

Recap page at end of game: Once the timer ends, everyone would see a Battle recap page, which would basically be the score page that shows the score, kills and deaths of each pilot. This would make tallying up the kills and determining the winner much easier.

I hope you give these items serious consideration. If I can answer any questions or help in any way, please contact me at crash@ghostskies.com

Thank you.

ahhh, another beautiful Moscow morning.

How is everyone on the BoB Dev team this morning?

Anyone ever going to say: "Great idea Crash, we'll try to work them in! Now STFU and stop bumping your own thread just so we'll read it!"

Hopefully, someone from the Dev team will... and mean it! /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif
