Well it would be cool if they add an eagle pet in the onward games with functions of sending messages or whatever an eagle can be used for.Anyway the eagle is an symbol of the assassins.

Would be pretty good for scouting, would be able to check for patrols further than our Eagle sense could.

And maybe press a button and we go in to the view of the eagle, make it hold on to a bomb and then drop it on to a large group of guards. Though it's unlikely it would ever be used for that.

But I doubt they would let us control one like I said.

Someone mentioned this a while back and it sounds like a pretty awesome idea... maybe it can be implemented in Assassin's Creed 3

I like the idea of a pet eagle that could be used in some way very much. Although, not the idea of using it to drop bombs.

I made mention of this a while back. I think it's a brilliant idea. It could be used to send messages and even help in fights and create distractions. Frankly, I'm dumbfounded as to why Ubisoft never added this to the games.

I wouldn't mind having an eagle as a pet when I go back to an Assassin hideout. When I interact with it, it'd be cool if it was like Nintendogs.

It would probably be too much work for such a small feature. And although we say we would like it now it would probably turn in to that feature that is there but we choose to ignore it.

I'd throw him toys and I'd forget about being an assassin and let the Templars rule the world. FUN! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Yeah like send it in to distract a guard by stealing something from him(then you would get that thing from the eagle when he returns like:money,poison,medicine,...) or while in a fight to attack a guard to distract him while you sneak behind him and assassinate him.Theres quite a lot of possibilities that would be usable.

(Looks like Altair is having a little chit-chat with the eagle, didnīt know he understands birds LOL http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif)

That would be amazing actually. I thought the same thing when I saw the xbox 360 avatar where he has a pet eagle and I thought the same thing. You could use the horse whistle button to summon your eagle to you and send your assassins messages or send them out with your eagle. That would be pretty sweet.

There was a program during WWII to investigate using incindiary bombs attached to bats. They would then drop a bomb from high altitude that would open mid flight and slowly release the bats. They would then float down and find a place to nest in the roofs of wooden Japanese homes resulting in the city being set ablaze.

A major issue was making and incidiary bomb small enough for bats to carry (they cannot carry very much, less than a lb. if I remember correctly). Once one was divised they ran a test and it worked perfectly. However, by the time it was worked out the atomic bomb was well on it's way to infamy.

Sorry for the derail http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

No Sir, I knew about this before I ever relived a memory of Altair or Ezio.

well i think it would be cool but the eagles options would be very limited and too hard to do, at most he could attack ( but not be able to harm) guards leaving them potentially distracted leaving you with the option to get past them ( but a huge eagle wouldnt have the ability to sneak past everyone to steal something in their pocket, nor would it have the brains to). and maybe sent your eagle to give the missions to your assassins rather than going to a pigeon coop
