* I have to raise my volume a little, as this video seems to have a own more lower then then all the others.

pretty interesting stuff.

video's description:

"These clips were put together from a really old VHS tape of the 1956-vintage documentary "Air Power" narrated by Walter Cronkite. The footage was taken from Japanese Navy sources aboard the Akagi (exterior views)and vintage Japanese movie clips (interior views). Some good close-up shots of the island portion of the Akagi and its flight deck...plus various views of Vals, Kates and Zeros. A few shots were aboard other Japanese vessels (the sailors exercising/wrestling etc)... video clips assembled for Youtube by Greg Clarke"

but be aware before watch the video that the tittle says, it's only the PRE attack scenes, so thefore is not the complet material. wish to see it's entery content. it's a 1956 HS tape content. damm, would ask something if possible please, anyone know if was realised in DVD?

***** SPOILER BELLOW *****

excellent scenes. some are not from the real attack launch, obviosly filmed later. like the D3A's being launch with just 60 kg bombs in the wings, probably training footage, because when in RL they would just carry a single 250k center one.

but just excellent footage to have a view on how it was a Japanese aircraft carrier. and I also get impressive on how the Japanese strike force reach Pearl Harbor by using the signal of the Ohahu's radio station in their radio compasses.

now, some dark humor... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/icon_twisted.gif

at end, when the Japanese B5N navigator capture's the Ohahu's radio station music signal and that ear to ear smile appears, damm, I can't stop laugth, just too much funny, at least for me. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

not intended to offend the victims of the attack by any way, altough his smile by had captured the music is really one of the funist things I ever see.
