in FB/PE? I had Cyborg till it broke and I thought that Evo would be the same experience but to my surprise it feels quite different (weeker springs?). I never had problems with stalling using my old Cyborg, now i find difficult to fly a lot of planes on the edge (Ki61, P39, Fw190). I'm used to default settings 10,20...100 tried a few others (1,4,9..81,100) but still not getting the right "feeling". Any recommendation?
Thanks.

I've had my evo for over a year now and I've been using Oleg's settings and have been quite content. There seems to be a fair amount of stick movement which allows for smoother maneuvers and gunnery. I think Tully had a sticky on this board at one time. Try a search of his posts. Good luck with your new stick!

There's a few examples and an explanation of what the sliders do in the "Joysticks..." article linked under my signature picture. They're in the Setting Up Sensitivity section.

I use the profile found in Tully's sig there. I tried many profiles before but that one just seemed to fit me the right way.

When I first started using the Evo, it seemed to twitchy and sensitive right around the center position.

I dumbed it down for a while...and got used to the stick (the biggest factor probably).

Now I've changed it to be more sensitive:
P: 8 19 30 41 52 63 74 85 96 100
R: 10 25 40 55 70 85 100 100 100 100
Y: 10 30 50 70 90 100 100 100 100 100

I've been using a consistent change between settings, like the +11 difference for each pitch setting above.

Pitch is the one that needs a little less response (to me) right near center. I've moved the first setting up to an 8 lately.
