Sir,

I've always admired the Arado 234
and would like for you and your team to consider adding on this aircraft to Pacific Fighters. I've added a link to a site that has pictures of this aircraft.

http://www.lexikon-der-wehrmacht.de/Waffen/Bilderseiten/Me109.htm

Of all the different versions of this
aircraft the Ar234 V13 and Ar234 V21 are the most interesting to me. My understanding of the role that this aircraft play was for recon only. And so far as that is concerned, it should not poise a cheat to your great sim.
However, we all see the intended potential and real purpose for this aircraft as they
saw it back then and now as a possible fully realized four engined bomber in your IL2 series.
Please give it a consideration on your part.

Thank you,

Revolter

Not sure about this plane. I agree that we are a bit low in german flyable bombers, but this one was built in low numbers (200 or so). I rather have first as flyable other german two engine bombers that were built in larger numbers, in particular some variants of the Ju-88.

Nice aircraft. If you want to fly it, then play Aces High. But Aces High is Aces High... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.gif

If someone models it to his standard I think Oleg will add just about anything. The problem is finding the dedicated team to do the research and design the model in time to be included in PF.

We already have jets in the sim.....even some that never flew in combat and some rocket planes....so adding a jet bomber that actually did fly in the war (if only briefly) would be a great idea.....but getting someone to do it is another matter. You can fly it in CFS3 as an addon. I would much rather have the aircraft that actually flew in the war flyable than ones that didn't make it.....

Arado 234 , good choice http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

i doubt someone will model it though (lack of materials , time , and motivation for new German plane ) , but it is a great plane , more produced than F4U-1 C or I-185 http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Ju-88 is finished since last summer ...

It doesn't have any offensive armament so don't worry Sandman , it won't be much of a danger , just a good groundpounder http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

I would love to see it in game and flyable. But we need to be able to limit the ammount of planetypes users can select online.

Say limit 2 me262's to one airfield or limit 2-4 arados at another base. This is why the 262 is a rare thing online. Servers that have them the whole blue team takes them. So 20 me262s vs 20 props is a slaughter.

If It was 2-4 of them it would not be bad at all and the rest 109s 190s etc. Who ever selects the base with them gets them simple as that.

Thanks for the reply Sig.Hirsch.

If anyone would listen to Mr.Sandman's

replies, you would think he is trying to

change the history of WWII jets. Vietnam?

is he kidding?? I don't beleive the Ar234

flew in Vietnam. I don't fly jet sims although

IL2 has jets in it. Which go's back to my

original request to OLeg, not Mr.Sandman.

They should allow each side in multiplayer X points of plane, according to total number of players on that side. Each aircraft for a year should be rated by point, and the jets would cost more. This way, a player could choose a 262 (or the like) but he/she would be seriously draining the team point pool.

The entire team - assuming the point value was right - could never all field superior aircraft then. Problem solved.
