If it bugs you so much, then get new ones. There are voice packs available for some of countries represented on mission4today. Or, record your own.

They find voice actors that are proficient in the language, sit them down in a recording studio, give them a piece of paper with some lines on it, and then record them saying it.

Wouldn't be surprised if for some of them they just got people off the street, because some of the voices are pretty bland.

Is there a video of them doing it?

Doubt it.

On my IL-2 1946 install I found a file named <span class="ev_code_YELLOW">RadioChatterDoc.</span>
This has the script for the static actors.
On my install it is located at <span class="ev_code_YELLOW">C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturomvik 1946\RadioChatterDoc.</span>
It is a zip file but you can open it and read the files without unzipping.

Use your Search function and search for <span class="ev_code_YELLOW">Actor1</span> in your Ubisoft folder and this item should be one of the things that is "found."
It also will bring up a couple of readme's that have the names and emails of the speech actors that were used to make the speech pack for those countries.

If you are replying to my post, what picture do you want me to provide?
This is just a written script that is available in your install of IL-2 1946 that you can read.
If you search <span class="ev_code_YELLOW">Actor1</span> you should be able to find it.
There is also a document that explains how they combined the speech to create the dialogue you hear in the sim.
