What do you mean not working?

Next question...which version of the game do you have and what order were the patches installed? Patch order is very important.

Let's begin with what version of the game you have?

"Forgotten Battles" came with three Thunderbolt variants right out of the box; two are 'razor back' versions (P-47D-10 and P-47D-22) and the third is a 'bubble canopy' version (P-47D-27).

There are no new P-47s in "Aces Expansion Pack."

I believe that the "Pacific Fighters" solo game has all three of the above named P-47 variants.

A fourth Thunderbolt was included in one of the Pacific Fighters 4.x upgrade patches and is simply named "P-47D." This version looks like the P-47D-27 but it has a higher engine boost and rated for 150 octane fuel; it supposedly performs 'almost like a P-47M.' I can't remember which patch it came in for certain but I think it was the 4.02m patch; I don't know if it was also available for the Pacific Fighters standalone game as well. There are several planes in the PF upgrades that are only available to FB+AEP+PF users.

The fourth P-47D is included on the IL-2: 1946 DVD.

Check the available planes in the Quick Mission Builder again. If the plane appears in your menu but can't be launched in the game, you probably have missed a patch or you applied a patch that can't be used by your version of the game. Read this thread (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/23110283/m/4721047273) to be sure you have patched your game correctly.

Not that anyone had a clue what you were talking about, but good you fixed it.

Try giving some more information next time.

I've seen this problem with the old install of the multiple discs + patches, not specifically the P-47 but somewhere a patch was missed, installed out of sequence or a non-merged version. Now with '46 so cheap it has to be the best way to install this game and fix any problems that a re-install is sure to have.
