Hello!

Great to have you help me with this. Just need someone that is willing to put effort into this, make it believable. Not with heavy southern accent but much better than mine! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I can send you, via Email, the short script for a single voice and an example of how it should sound like (my own recording). Please submit your Email address via PM.

Thanks!

Hello Platypus,

Unfortunately though your idea is a great one this is for something else. It took me 4 long months in order to do the RAF voice pack. Doing a new USA pack is not a bad idea, I just have too many projects running at the same time.
Maybe in the near future.

NTESLA, if you still need someone, let me know. (I just now saw the thread.) I've definitely got a "suthern" voice. I got made fun of on War Clouds Team Speak the other night. My wife teases me all the time. Be glad to help if you need me.

Hello Vocatx!

Thank you for posting and your interest in this small project. Right now the position is filled but I might have a project that might use your skills in the near future. I will keep your name in my list.

I can vouch for vocatx or copperhead. I was born in South Georgia and although I've lost most of my accent, I can still identify a "legit" one when I hear it. A considerable amount of travel and extensive higher education have softened mine to the point of being unnoticeable to most.

My Wife even laughs at me when I get together with my relatives as I revert unconsciously to that good ol' lazy drawl....especially if there's a few beers involved http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Hi Nikolai,

Hope all is well with you mate. If you need a bit of Cockney "rymin' slang" then "I can 'elp yer owt me ol' china" http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif (Never forgiven that Van **** geezer for his bloomin' awful Mary flippin' Poppins cockney accent)

"They're Messerschmitts"
"No they 'aint they're 'einkels" http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Guess you're a pretty busy man these days http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Cheers and best wishes.

no no now ace ol buddy you got it all wrong.

here is Southern 101 for the "for-n-ers & yankees"

1st sentance-
Yankee English:
Those are some beautiful ladies there.

now how to say it like a true born in dixie southerner......

1st word: Dim, as in dim the lights.

2nd word: Dare, as in playing "truth or dare".

3rd word: Sum, as in the sum of a mathimatical problem.

4th word: Good. (pronounced GUD)

5th word. lookn - same as Looking, only shortend down.

6th word: Gals (pulural of gal- def. Gal, woman, girl, female. also see chick, chicks, baby dolls, phillies, and sweet thangs.

NOW lets all make our 1st sentance. put all the words togehter from the above list.

"wow dim dare sum gud look'n gals right dare!

See southern speak is easy. next lessen is how to properly make BBQ of any kind and how to boil yer grits.

Hello Leigh,

I am very sorry for the belated response and blackout of Email.

As you stated, I do have many projects on my table to work on, still including your request (it's on my to do list).

My major one is with "The Few" and our mutual friend plus some side mini-project that you will see shortly.

Hope not to disappoint you in anyway. Please let us continue communication via Email.

Best regards,

NTesla (THX-1138)

this is exactly what they say about people in east part of the country http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif.(they always know where I'm comin' from as soon as I say something).

But in fact, *they* talk funny, be sure http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.gif.
