It can't be done because there are no documents showing the instrument panels etc etc. So

stop asking.

Unless you have an uncle who was a spy in 1940 and stole blueprints for them and saved them

in his attick, forget it!

There will never be a PE2 or 3 in IL2 ever. Asking over and over and over again will not

make it happen.

Sheesh!

They don't have the engine sounds for the SoundBlaster.

np = No Pe~2

The Pe-2 used various versions of the M-105, VK-105 and the VK-107 engine. Exactly the same engines were used in all the LaGG and Yak series fighters. Sound is not the problem, cockpits are.

Well if we can never fly it, I hope they at least tone down their damage model, so we can actually shoot one of them down. They are too tough IMHO.

I heard a Russian modeller was given cockpit info from Oleg and was doing it. I could be wrong though...

There is a Pe2 in Monio moscow aviation musuem.
There should be no problem with Oleg get data, in fact he has it but still no Pe2.
There is no cockpit data for PE8 infidel... don't get them confused.

I wonder if those sounds were recorded for FB either (I may be wrong here). Oleg could make a believable Pe~2 cockpit if he wanted to even without any cockpit data at all. If Oleg did it, it would be more hysterically "correct" than anything from Microsoft C3SF anyway.

If Oleg doesn't do a Pe~2, then nobody will.
