Should be a punishable crime.
I was playing on Hyperlobby. Someone wanted to form up, with me in front and him in a straight line behind me. It worked fine once, but then after he collided into me we started again. He wanted me to fly straight, but that would have led us off of the map. I told him to turn right (meaning left) and then accidentaly hit my joystick, sending my plane flying right. After correcting this, he flew up behind me. I thought he was going to form up, but he suddenly fired at me, sending my plane spiralling into the sea. I decided to change team, but he left the game before I could get revenge. The game wasn't bad after that, and I enjoyed flying in my P40 with a "flying tigers" skin and a P39 in RAF colours. However, the TKing really annoyed me.

To avoid the frustration of misfortune,
That, in this world, is happiness.

just one of those things that you have to realize its just Tking and push on. If the loser stays in the server jsut switch teams and teach him a lesson. Whenever im on a server with TKers...i just leave. Screw them. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif

Play on servers with an admin present. Tkers dont last very long in these and you dont have to have eyes in the back of your head (before you even switch the engine on)/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

We had this problem last night lol funny to see it here today. lol we had a server up and one of our guys was hosting. He had to split and left the server up for us.
then this guy comes in and starts cussing another guy (Both non 310th members)for kill stealing. I took charge and asked him to not Cuss and and call names. Then a few min latter he acuses one of of us for kill stealing and calls him a "Dumbasz". Well i had had enough of this clown and politely asked him to leave. He refused. We aksed him 3 times nicely to leave the server and he just wouldnt leave.
then he starts team killing. So it wound up with the entire server vulching and team killing this guy to death. And he still wouldn't leave. So when our host came back he tried to kick the guy but the kick command has changed. so we finally had to close the server to the public. y some people act this way is beyond me. Just shameful.

It is actually a lot worse in other games. Someone tks, then they get tked, they tk back...a vicious cycle.

TK ers have their fun if u get anoyed and show it.If u cant get rid of them by switching team u can disconnect(= bad )or if u are average pilot u can anoy him for a while. (if u have equal or better plane) I sometimes stay on his tail without shooting just practice following a foe, hanging on his tail and not leting go. as close as possible.Even if I dont fire its pretty disturbing having someone who is so close and he knows u know what "he" is.

Mostly its best just to warn others and ignore him.

They soon get bored anyway.

( there is something missing in TK ers. Be glad u are not one of them.)

ob_swe that is a good tactic. I have a series of screenshots somewhere that had me flying within feet of a tker untill he got with the game and stopped his bad behaviour.

Tkers are the MOST annoying thing ever seen on the face of the eath.
BUT, sometimes, strange things hapen, for example a few weeks ago, on a server with icons on, one of my team mates just dropped on mi six and ripped the hell outta my plane!
well, the funny thing comes here: he apologised! (and ofc, he meant it).
So you can call two types of Tkers: those guys that have a stupid dyabolic pleasure of killing their own bro's and "unintended ocasional"tkers, that simly shoot at any plane they see in air, ignoring(mostly by mistake-they simply don't see the icon or the markings at that moment)any probability of being friendly.
but wilingly Tkers should be litteraly be permanently and universaly banned(in the absence of a hanging option /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif )

A 'good' landing is one from which you can walk away. A 'great'
landing is one after which they can use the plane again<center>

well TKs happen sometimes in full real. happened to me too. accidents or lags. i once even shot a 109E with a G2 in a VOW mission just didn't look. saw a plane with something underneath the fuselage. we had to protect groundtroups. i just saw this thing and blew him off. at the same moment i noticed it was 109 with a fueltank but too late. i apologized and it was ok. happened in real life, happens in online games. I hate those ppl doing it on purpose too (mainly to be found on DF servers i think) but you can't really do anything about them. just don't let them spoil your game. all they want is to p*ss you off. just ignore them or report them to the host if he is there.

A few days ago on Mastiff's server one guy started to do team killing. Mastiff had his RM turned off so I call all pilots from both sides to has the TK as target!!!
after 10 minutes and some 16 deaths the dude just went away.
It worked /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Hey SmokeJaguar I remember seeing those screenshots once, very very cool. hehehe

Also in regards to accidental tk's its happened to me once too, the guy didn't know, and I thought it was purposefull and I said stuff about enjoy the neg score and stuff. But he honestly didn't mean it and I never got a chance to say sorry to him either.

Hmmm yeah, ree is out there....... somewhere, probably waiting for a chance to get on the library comps cause as far as I know, he was banned.

On purpose tk'ers are just lame and if I'm, on the other team I occasionally seek (sucessfully too) permission to free hunt and attack the guy. but they normally leave before then as their team will tk them into the ground

Yeah, the person who tkd me left before I could attack him. It did really annoy me. I think the Americas Army system is quite clever. If you tk too much you get automatically kicked from the game and put in a virtual prison. It has only happened to me once, when I accidentally blew up three of my own teammates with a grenade which bounced off a wall back towards the teammates instead of going through a door. However, I cannot understand why people tk in a IL2FB game. I felt betrayed by a complete fool.
