In FMB I put 3 A6Ms to come and intercept me and after a while only one showed up and he had some peices missing. In the track I found that they collided while in formation about 5 miles away from me, hmmm, thats a first for me.

It's also more realistic having them crash into themselves once in a while. In Janes WW2 fighters it happened alot in AI formations and they would also just fly into eachother while dog fighting. That was convenient. Kept them from shooting my tail off.

Booshers new I-16 campaign has an intercept of a very tight formation of He-11's. There are about twenty five of them. When you make a headon pass, those hit tend to stagger into their neighbours, setting up a chain reatcion. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/784.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

I have seen that happen many times. It sure helps out when you're in a pinch.
