I'm building a 1/48 Dragon HO 229 dayfighter and since I want something more Luft'46ish I'm making it look like it is being flown by Hartmann in Europe.

Any ideas on what a temperate camo pattern would look like for this and what Hartmann might have had for markings? The black triangles on the intakes? The heart, of course.

I was thinking an RLM 75, 74, 70 splinter pattern. RLM 78 and 04 Yellow underside. Any ideas? I'll make a skin of it when I'm done.

Wow, thanks! Some of those are inspiring me to get my Huckebein out and get to work on it, too.
