I have to ask: Is there a reason the moon crosses the northern part of the sky, not the southern part, in Assassin's Creed II? It's a little thing, but I noticed it when trying to use in-game landmarks to get around and I kept getting turned around at night :-).

Love Italy, love Ezio, looking forward to Brotherhood,

It's not a coincidence. He's not saying 'Omg, this is similar' or whatever. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/51.gif

Anyway, Ubi probablyover looked that. Understandable i guess.

No offence, but why would you even care about the moom being dislocated?

Being struck by things that are wrong can throw you out of being immersed in the setting. I'm used to being able to look at the moon and estimate what time it is and the approximate direction in meat-space, and Ubisoft has clearly put a lot of work into making Ezio's world look real, so having something so basic be off really caught my attention.

Immersion, Slimey.

I hope the moon's fixed for AC:B - is the sun in ACII correct, at least?

Like you said its so basic thats why it was overlooked. No one even thught it would be important.

Well, they had to write the code to make the moon move across the sky, so they had to think about it at some point :-).
