Ok, So I got the most powerfull IL2 feature and dont know how to use it. I feel like the guy on a Honda Super Bike who cant ride. However the beauty of this forum is that ppl can give you advice anytime. I am allmost there now. Last night after some flaming advice, I decided to give it a world. Got rid of all the stupid reflection sources in the room(chrome framed clock and cracks in the curtains)No I am half way there. Tonight I will dL the latest software and I am on my way to Track Infra Red stardom. Sometimes its not the hardware but the nut in front of the monitor...
Now ease up on the flame thrower guys. If you get My a$$ any crispier It will be able to be sold as KentukyFriedChicken.

Maico

Glad your gonna give it another go. The new software is a must. Once you get it sorted you will love it. It makes keeping your eye on your gauges etc so easy. It took me a couple of days to get used to. Quite a few missions in a campain I was doing before I got the hang of it.
Stick with it. you wont regret it/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Same thing here. First two days I was really disappointed with Track IR but like you said it's like a guy who just bought a superbike and doesn't know how to ride it at first. Soon after I got the setup as it should and followed advices then it made it into a dream! Enjoy !

Glad you got your TrackIR sorted out, it really is an amazing piece of kit that adds so much immersion to a sim.
