..IR tracking device which tracks movements of your head and transfers the coordinates to the game. The result is > your head movement = in game pilot's head movement.

Why would anybody use that? as soon as you turned your head you would no longer be looking at the screen! whats the point?

Your view changes much faster than real life. To look completely behind me with TrackIR. I can easily keep my eyes on the monitor. Once again, you would know this if you read some TrackIR threads. Like the one right under this one../i/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif

It tracks movement as configured by the user, and can be made to track very SLIGHT motions. You are still looking at the monitor.
