Is there any chance that this game will full use this new slot, or we have to wait till BoB (i hope).
Becouse now i fell no difference playing my GF6600GT (PCIE) and 9800Pro (AGP).

The slot itlsef will make no difference in any game. The only potential difference is in reverse data flow (VGA-&gt;CPU) that is Very slow in SGP. But no games uses this type of data flow extensively since it is too slow on AGP cards. We will see games using it a lot only when AGP is almost completely dead.

Oldman is right here, there is no real-world difference between pci-e and agp at the moment. The next generetion or two of video cards tho will definately need the extra bandwidth offered by pci-e.
