I personally will listen to Mozart. A superb composer, should be a great experience to listen to him while I play. Especially his piece called Lacrimosa or O Fortuna.

Well the question is what are we going to listen when it comes out, not when we're playing it.
but either way I'll be listening to Jesper Kyd music. Either the in-game while I play, or some Hitman soundtracks while I surf the net.

When it comes out I'll be listening to traffic, birds and people passing by.

..

Since I'll be in front of the store to buy AC.

Well, at the very moment it hits stores, I'll either be A) Asleep, B) On the bus, listening in on half of someone's phone conversation, C) Listening to oldies at my pseudo-job, or D) loitering at Gamestop until the delivery truck gets there.

Let's not make wise cracks and take this thread seriously.

No, you're making a wise crack. What I was saying was pretty obvious, but someone tried to be funny and make it seem like I was saying something else. I was talking about what music you will listen to WHILE PLAYING THE GAME.

Well then, by that definition, my first post applies. Going by katz_bg's definition, my second post applies.

Same here..!

I really think that listening to anything else, other then the in-game music, is just an insult to the composers. They didn't spend all that time working on the music, just to have people listening to other kinds of music while playing.

I really think I'm getting sick of you. Listening to other music while playing a game isn't trashing anyway. Everyone has different taste. You need to get out more.

I'll be listening to what I always listen to: Bob Dylan.

And the in-game music, 'a course.

Well excuuuuuse me (princess...no I doubt anyone will get that joke..anyway)

If I think listening to other music while playing a game is insulting, then that's what I think...it's called an opinion. And of course what you think is always right.. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

Just like in the gamespot forums...always thinking that everything I say is an insult...

1:I don't think what I think is always right, but you said you think it was an insult. It really isn't, I was saying MY opinion. How can playing music instead of someone else's be an insult? Everyone has different taste..

2:Let me guess, you're captainarg?

Very good you figured it out.

Anyway, imagine if you are the music composer for Assassin's Creed. After spending a long time working on the music for Assassin's Creed you decide to visit the forum. As you look at all the threads you see one that says, "What music shall you be playing once AC comes out?". You click it, enter the thread, and see that instead of listening to the music you created for the game, some people will be listening to other kinds of music.

I don't know about you, but I would feel pretty insulted.

Hey, if I saw someone (myself) creating a thread like this and saw everyone disagreeing with that person, he was one who disliked the music out of maybe 10, I wouldn't feel insulted knowing that most people like my ingame music and only a few dislike it. Although I do see your point and can agree.
And sorry if we started off on the wrong foot, I don't want to be enemies.
