And that link says 31st March for me in the UK,so it looks certain that its a staggered release.

Suppose there's always the chance that the STEAM date may well change, just gonna have to keep an eye on it and hope for the best

How the hell does 30 quid convert into 50 flippin euro!?And I believe the aussies are being stiffed even worse.I hope my Collectors Edition arrives ok from amazon.de ...Probably easier to buy Class A drugs than a boxed edition...!Way to 'distribute' Ubi...!

Then that should give you "Everything good in aviation is of German origin" romanticists some head start time to continue rewriting history. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif

I just made the pre-purchase in Steam, 49.99 EUR was the price. Release date is 31/03.

And I never had problems in Steam, so I can fully recommend buying the game from Steam.

I decided to take the plunge, was holding out for a DVD on account of living in a remote location with a fairly bone net connection, but I successfully downloaded the Total War: Napoleon demo which was 2GB+ without any hassle. Thirty quid less the change. Cheaper than a curry for two. What a steal.
