The music is Carl Orff's O Fortuna from Carmina Burana (opera I believe).Very powerful piece of music, my local ice hockey team (London Knights) used to come out onto the ice with it playing in the background.

Yes ! C Orff wrote this music 1937 but the text and language (latin) is from 1200.
Carmina Burana = songs from Burana ,infact "Beuern" = modern day Bayern (Home of the Bf 109).

The song (poem) "O fortuna" is one of the songs in the collection Carmina Burana.

and its a cantata, wich is almost opera but a form used by
the religious = not profane.

So if buying a record u would be searching for "Carmina Burana" and remember that its music is written by C. Orff
or u might get dissapointed. also make an extra check that it contains "O Fortuna" Wich is the most famous piece.
