No...you can't create missions with it.It's for changing the skin(paintjob) of your plane or pilot. You can change a planes nationality ID markings, the pilot's face and uniform-you can put yourself in the cockpit.
If you want your paintjob to look old and weathered, you can make it have paint chips missing, give it whatever numbers and markings you want.
Unless you're from the 'computer generation',you may find it very frustrating-I'm in the process of getting mine operational.
You'll need WinRAR,a Russian unzipping program first.

Movie description
ABC's RAT PATROL was a popular drama that aired for two seasons at the tail end of the 1960s. The show was based on four army men--Sergeant Sam Troy (Christopher George) and three of his soldiers (played by Gary Raymond, Lawrence P. Casey, and Justin Tarr)--who were stationed in North Africa during World War II. This collection includes all 50 episodes from the show, which follows the men as they head out on daring missions, often facing off against their deadly German opponent Hauptmann Dietrich (Eric Braeden).
