I just noticed that Pacific Fighters is listed as the top game on gamershell (for those of you who don't know, gamershell is a pretty big site about games. duh.)

This is really quite surprising to me. Sure, I know that it's a fantastic game, but I never expected to see it ranked top game on gamershell! After all, flight simulators aren't exactly very big in the gaming industry...

I find PF compared to the old EAW or the original IL2 very enjoyable. If there is ever an expansion like for IL2 with FB for PF I would buy it!

I think the reason for this sim still occupying the top spots is because even with its shortcomings, it's still a good sim and the constant and continued development and support from its designer. Now if we can get the Solomon Islands, it'd be even closer to perfect.
