Welcome aboard ms-kleaneasy,
A couple of quick questions...
1.Have you ever played any of the Il2 series?
2.What do you think of the teachings of Sant Darshan Singh Ji, and will they have any lasting effects on the economic structure of China?
3.What are you wearing? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/halo.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Depends on how familiar you are with the co-worker.. PC will be the death of social interaction at some point through fear of what NOT to say and following repercussions!!!..my thoughts only!

We're not talking about PC here we are talking simple unpatronising respect for another human being. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

As opposed to immediately classifying them as a sex object based on the ASSUMPTION that they are female and therefore FAIR GAME http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

What would you say to someone that leered over to your wife/partner on public transport and asked them what they were wearing?, personally, I wouldn't say anything, they'd wake up with a crowd round them http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

If ms-kleaneasy wishes to complain, she can not only do so, but has the authority to ban . . . permanently. I think that she can take care of herself.

There is a reason this place gets called a zoo!

And like the San Diego zoo, please avoid standing in front the the poo flinging simian cages. They are easily identifiable by the chicken wire up in front of them. (Or in our case the "who can get banned the most" awards!)

Welcome to the circus! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

No sadly not, however i do have a love of all things planes and flying, does real flying count? I have flown..... albeit a lesson and i did throw up all over my dads headset on landing because my stomach was torn up in knots after the instructor proudly informed me i was flying alone http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif

Mind you the most annoying thing about that was my mum had begged my dad not to let me use his headset swearing blind I would be sick and as I'm sure you will all agree there's nothing worse than having your mum proved right lmao

I'll refrain from answering the later questions on the basis they may create further controversy (did I get away with that? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/halo.gif )

LMAO, been there done that.
I had a lesson at Manchester Airport.. and it was too cool, until I turned green and hurled.

Mine was at Bristol, the old Bristol and Wessex flying club although its been long gone now, bought out by another company. We used to spend pretty much every weekend there when we were kids. Your right it certainly was cool, the trouble is its a costly hobby so one i never picked up beyond my dad paying for my lesson. Although i do hope the time will come when my kids dont cost me so much that i can give it another go http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

My wife once accused me of using her as a SEX OBJECT!
I said "Of course you are and a great one at that too."

She never compained again... Well not about... you know.... but every else was fair game.

To get huffy puffy with a bit of 'net-flirtation', is a bit 'stuffy' don't you think. After all this is one method of the mating rituals of the modern world. If somebody cannot handle the rejection, etc.. then it becomes a problem - Neh! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/10.gif

Piper Cherokee.

It is just one of those things.. I can get motion sickness doing crunches too fast in the gym. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Crunches work great over short period of time, but for insta gym motion sicness look left or right while running on track.........

....and then again... I get same result when hot bird suddenly flys into area too.

Thank you,
You are obviously an intelligent and very nice lady. And can perhaps have some empathy for an attempt at some ridiculous humor. I must apoligise for being the cause of derailing your welcome thread however. Somedays we really do have fun here. And of course you got away with that, but for attire around here I would recomend a full flight suit, goggles, and of course a helmet. For immersion. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif
And yes real life flying counts here bigtime, as you may know, there are quite a few RL pilots here, I think also some mechanics, and guys from other avation jobs. Its part of what makes this place so interesting in hearing information from such direct sources.
That is quite a memorable first flight, and I would wager dad might still hear about that one for awhile. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif
I think it must have been a woman who coined the phrase "If men would listen to us just once in every 10,000 times that we tell them what to do they would lead perfect lives" But I guess that a man could have coined it as well. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif
