Hi i've never posted here so forgive me if i break some rule's ( i read them carefully ).


I have bought assassins creed brotherhood today and installed it clean everything went good but i noticed that the multiplayer option and uplay option are grayed out + when do a current action it dosent give me any points.

Note when i try connect to multiplayer it gives me ubisoft server not avalible.

i tried everything before posting but nothing works

Note 2 : im not behind a proxy

Try looking at the posts to optimize your internet connection. And try to close all programs using your internet.
Sometimes i get the options gayed out too, I simply exit the game and open it again.

sorry tried to close all programs but still no multiplayer.

The only fix I've read about that problem, is having to change your password. It might contain special characters like or something, which somehow cause the greyed out multiplayer/uplay. Try using only normal letters and numbers, no dots or anything special http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif If that fixes it, you know what the problem is, and can start making a better password, until you see it doesn't work again, if you like :P

And for breaking rules, there's a sticky topic which was made spefically for connection problems, where this subject was also discussed. man sorry for editing but the password wont change

You should be also able to change your password via www.ubi.com (http://www.ubi.com)

sign in there and edit your profile etc.

if you still having issues, remember that Ubisoft Support will be able to help, however if your from the UK, they maybe away until Monday due to bank holidays.
