I have 2 questions about AC:B,

1. Will Desmond still be involved in the storyline and in the same way as in the first two Assassins Creed games?

2. Will there be an increase in the difficulty in the game or difficulty settings because I found the first two games really easy?

3. Will the single-player and multiplayer games be connected?

4. Co-op?

5. What will the health system be like? Wil it be similar to AC2 or will it be cahnged?

1.Yes, Desmond is in it and will get more screen time.

2. No mention of difficulty but I hope it's at least as hard - that or they finally include a difficulty setting.

3.The MP and SP are connected.

4. No co-op

actually, there is a mode called alliance in the multiplayer part of the game, which is online co-op.....

To expand on phil.llllll's comment, the single player is in Ezio's and the Assassins' perspective. The multiplayer is in the Templars' perspective since all the multiplayer player models are Templars. The developers hinted that some of the multiplayer characters will be in the single player. Perhaps the hunter chasing Ezio?
