Pre-emptive 46 Update

Another update on an irregular date, as we're leaving for Leipzig for the Games Convention, and will be there until next week. We'll be showing 46, Sturmoviks over Manchuria, and Storm of War: Battle of Britain to journalists behind closed doors.

So here are some more fun new things from 46 add-on. We're showcasing the new ground objects in the first two screenshots, as well as a row of MiG-9s and some fearsome Ta-183s.

Next update in two weeks!

As a teenager, I visited some German castles. One of them had a room about 10m across, with two huge mirrors facing each other. I've seen infinity my friends, and it's a geeky 17 year old right in the middle. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/51.gif

But why stop at infinity?

To Infiniti, and Beyonce`! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

I think his picure is 'video feedback' which should, theoretically, be repeated into infinity.

But, here is not a picture but a description to conjour one...

I think this 'version' of infinity (with time as the context) was described in 'Fermat's Last Theorem' by Simon Singh which went something along the lines of:

"Imagine a fly landing on a steel globe the size of the Earth every million years that wears a small area of the globe away. When the globe is completely worn away, you are still no closer to infinity.."

My personal version of infinity is waiting for the missus to stop watching Friends so we can go down the pub to watch a live band or whatever.

Can someone remind me the different speeds of the lord black helmet's ship in the movie Spaceballs?

IIRC this is something like:

-Incredible speed
-Ridiculous speed

Mirrors in Recruit School, HMAS Cerberus, are opposed to teach other, you can see a lot of reflections until it becomes obscured by the decreasing size.

Even with 2 perfect mirrors in perfect vaccuum, light has finite speed reflecting back and
forth. Universe is some 15 billion light years wide and finite energy. And in between,
the aleph-naught, is quantum and Planck-length.

What infinity outside the idea of infinities?

Declaring the ideas in your head to be as the physical real... is both outside and not, real.

Raaaid seems to be locked inside an ivory tower with windows that also do not open.

If you go to the exact middle, there's a hot, nekkid woman...

Sadder than anyone trying to find that, would be if you actually stumbled upon it.

If you said a simple sentence and then repeated it over and over again without stopping; that would be infinite wouldn't it?

2 weeks, 2 weeks, 2 weeks, ...
