I've seen a few videos of SH5 and I am left rather underwhelmed. The destruction effects look too Hollywood. Combined with many user complaints about a broken game, I feel no compulsion to buy SH5. A damned shame, that is. They had a [mostly] proven game engine to work with; added to which exists a vast body of improvement from the modding community. You'd think with all of that they'd take the chance to make right everything that is missing from SH3 and make a knockout game. What do they do,instead? Release another broken product and then orphan it, once again not releasing the game code so that the modding community can finish it for them. I can guarantee you that if any auto company sold cars with doors, trunks and steering wheels missing, relying upon buyers to finish their cars, they'd soon go belly up.
