SAQSON, of RRG who are currently producing Project Galba, is looking for specific reference material for a Meteor F.8. If you're near one (Hendon, Temora) you could be of help. Also, details of an FR.8.

Gee, wouldn't ya know it; that was one of the few aircraft at Hendon I didn't overkill with photography. You know, he would actually be doing himself a favor to email Hendon and ask if one of the curators (most ex-RAF) would like to help. I would not be surprised if there was an IL-2 player working in the Reading Room, nor would I be surprised if, behind closed doors, there was a grudge match going on with a Spit V vs an Fw 190A-4. I have had only the most happy relationship with this establishment over the years, and have been stunned by the special treatment they give even ordinary sods such as I. Companies such as Tamiya go there for monster photo shoots on occasion so they are used to fielding requests. I am sure the RAF would consider it a matter of pride to make sure the Meatbox gets modeled correctly.
