How can I play a replay of my own flight saved in PF/IL2FB?I can do this only in game by selecting the archive of replays and selecting the exact replay. Is there any way that I can play the .TRK files not only in-game?

You can record the in game playback in a portable format using fraps or some other video capture utility. You'll find lots of useful information on how to do this in the IL2 Movie Maker's forum. (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums?a=corfrm&cf=65710358)

.TRK is basically just a text file.
You can open it in Notepad (or M$ Word if you have it).
It is therefore logical that you cannot play it in any video player because it simply isn't a video file.
Furthermore, .TRK file is playable only under version that was recorded at, i.e. if you recorded .TRK under game version v4.08 it will only (re)play on v4.08 versions.

.NTRK is a coded file, also isn't a video file, and as such isn't playable in any existing video player (with any codec).
.NTRK unlike .TRK will play on any game version. You can even play IL-2 Forgotten Battles .NRTK's on IL-2 1946 http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif.
